Manchester United legend Robin van Persie is back at Carrington this week, to complete a mandatory element of his UEFA Pro Licence.
As part of his course within the Dutch FA, Van Persie is required to spend time at an international club and he is duly back at United with Erik ten Hag’s blessing.
Our 2013 Premier League title winner and current Feyenoord coach is taking the final step of his qualifications as he prepares for a potential career in management.
Robin will observe first-team sessions and conduct workshops with members of staff, alongside two other coaches from the Netherlands, Ruben de Uil and Tim Bakens, who are both pictured above.
In case you missed it, RvP was seen at Sunday’s Premier League win over West Ham and pictured alongside his former manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The flying Dutchman also took part in a quiz alongside Sean Jeffrey, a popular member of the Manchester United Disabled Supporters Association.
Of course, van Persie remains a firm friend of the club and was also back at the Theatre of Dreams in December alongside his Dutch compatriot Edwin van der Sar.
Robin was also invited back during the 2022 World Cup, as he gained experience working with our coaches.
