Aston Villa’s Boubacar Kamara will miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury.
Aston Villa’s Boubacar Kamara, 24, will miss the remainder of the season after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during the 2-1 defeat to Manchester United. This adds to Villa’s injury woes, with forward Emiliano Buendia and defender Tyrone Mings also sidelined with ACL problems. Villa manager Unai Emery expressed the challenges of long-term injuries for players and mentioned that Kamara might return around September or October. Additionally, defender Diego Carlos will be out for up to four weeks due to a hamstring injury. Villa, currently fifth in the Premier League table, faces Fulham on Saturday.
