Kylian Mbappe sheds light into any transfer speculation linking him to Arsenal
Kylian Mbappe appears destined to depart Paris Saint-Germain this summer, signaling the end of any hopes Arsenal fans may have had of securing the French superstar’s services.

Earlier this year, reports surfaced suggesting that if the French forward were to entertain the idea of moving to the Premier League, Arsenal would be his preferred destination.
Mikel Arteta added fuel to the speculation by expressing no reservations about Arsenal being linked with elite players and even welcomed the attention.

When asked about the french forward, Arteta acknowledged the significance of such a talent, affirming, “‘When there is a player of that calibre we always have to be in the conversation.’
However, he hinted at a different outcome, suggesting that the player’s path seems to lead to Real Madrid: ‘But as you said it looks in a different way [that Mbappe is joining Madrid].’
When probed further about Arsenal’s involvement in discussions to sign Mbappe, Arteta clarified his role, stating, “‘I am not! Maybe Edu [the technical director] and the owners are, but I am not in those conversations until the last stage.
Why not? If we want to be the best team, we are going to need the best talent and the best players, that is for sure.'”
Arteta and Arsenal will now need to explore alternative options for bolstering their attacking lineup in the upcoming summer transfer window, as Mbappe has firmly rejected the notion of joining the Emirates Stadium, as revealed in a brief video clip shared on Twitter.

In the footage, according to Metro, an Arsenal fan can be heard urging Mbappe to consider a move to Arsenal, prompting laughter from the player himself. However, Mbappe swiftly dismissed the idea, stating, “There’s no way, there’s no way,” before humorously citing the weather as a deterrent: “It’s too cold there.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal is already making strides in strengthening their squad for the upcoming season. Sporting Director Edu and the club have been actively involved in transfer discussions, with a particular emphasis on acquiring a new striker.
