Arsenal pays tribute to murdered fan
During their Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday, Arsenal honored the memory of 14-year-old Gunners fan Daniel Anjorin, who tragically lost his life in a sword attack in east London.
Anjorin, a devoted Arsenal supporter, was fatally attacked on a suburban street in Hainault while on his way to school. The incident, which occurred on Tuesday, also resulted in injuries to four other individuals.

In response to the devastating news, a fundraiser was swiftly organized for Anjorin’s family, drawing support from over 5,000 donors in less than two days. Arsenal chose to pay tribute to the young fan during their match against Bournemouth, conducting a minute of applause after 14 minutes had elapsed at the Emirates Stadium.

Both Bournemouth and the fans participated in this heartfelt tribute. Additionally, Mikel Arteta’s team displayed a photo of Anjorin on the main screen in the stadium prior to the game, further commemorating his memory.
