Even a judge awarding the win to Fury was met with criticism.

However, some fans acknowledged the close nature of the fight, suggesting a slight stretch on the 115-112 scorecard but praising the overall spectacle.

Usyk Claims Undisputed Crown, Eyes Rematch

Despite the controversy, Usyk is now the undisputed heavyweight champion, the first since Lennox Lewis in 1999. He dedicated the win to his family, supporters, and his war-torn country of Ukraine.

Looking towards the future, he expressed a desire to return home and rest but also confirmed his readiness for a rematch, a clause already included in the fight contract and tentatively scheduled for October.
