Boxing legend Mike Tyson is considering a shocking bout with British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua.
In November, the former undisputed heavyweight champion will square off against Jake Paul in a contentious crossover match.
Iron Mike is ready for his first ring appearance since his COVID fight with Roy Jones Jr. in November 2020.
Mike Tyson dreams of Joshua showdown
It is the 57-year-old International Boxing Hall of Famer’s dream to take on Joshua, although in a charity match.
When asked about the possibility of sharing the ring with AJ for a charitable cause, “I’m very interested,” he told TMZ.
“If doing that means we can have a bigger charity exponent, well so be it, I’m down to do that, too.”
“I would love to [fight Joshua]. That would be mind-blowing,” he added.
Prior to considering a charitable matchup with AJ, Tyson has to defeat YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul, who will be 31 years younger than him on fight night.
Joshua, the former two-time unified heavyweight champion, acknowledges that he worries about Tyson’s health.
“I pray that he comes out healthy. I think Jake Paul because of youth – that’s the only thing,” Joshua said, as per The Sun.
