Paul Pogba started his football career in Le Havre, France, before moving to Manchester United in 2009, where he failed to establish himself as a mainstay in the team. The French midfielder later secured a move to Italian side Juventus, where he played his best football, according to many.

Following successful seasons with the Old Ladies, where he won four consecutive serie A titles, two Coppa Italia, and two Supercoppa Italiana, Pogba moved back to United for a world record fee of £89.3 million, making him the most expensive midfielder as of then.

Pogba’s  second spell at United saw him win the Uefa Europa League and the EFL Cup before his return to Juventus, where he was later banned for failing an anti-doping test.

Pogba also won the World Cup with France in 2018, scoring one of the goals in the final to help Les Bleus clinch their second trophy in competition.
