According to reports a former teammate of Cristiano Ronaldo in Real Madrid is set to join him in Saudi Arabia.

Nacho Fernandez, who played alongside Ronaldo for Los Blancos has agreed a deal with Saudi side Al Qadsiah, according to ESPN.
Nacho captained captained the Spanish giants to their 15th Champions League title and also a La Liga trophy in the just-concluded season.
The Spanish international, along with Madrid’s Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Dani Carvajal, and Paco Gento, are the only five players to have won six European Cups.
The defender, who had a fantastic season finale, was called up by Spain. He played in last week’s opening Euro 2024 match against Croatia before missing Thursday’s match against Italy due to a minor injury.
With his contract at Madrid due to expire at the end of this month, the 34-year-old has opted a move to Saudi Arabia, where his former teammate Ronaldo plies his trade.

Cristiano Ronaldo moved to the Saudi Pro League from Manchester United in January 2023, paving the way for other big names like Neymar, N’golo Kante, Karim Benzema, Sadio Mane, who joined the league after the Portuguese star.
