Former Arsenal player Gilberto Silva believes that Neymar’s transfer to Arsenal in the summer is “not impossible.” Neymar has had a tough period after joining Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia where he only played a few games before suffering a big knock.
However, cautioning that the play-maker, 32, Neymar needs to return to his best, Gilberto has acknowledged that the Premier League offers a great platform for him.
Neymar’s Premier League Potential
To Bet365, Gilberto said: “I dream to see Neymar in the Premier League and Arsenal. Yes, it would bring a lot of happiness to thousands of fans and become an additional advantage. When it comes to the English championship, we want to see only the best and it would be cool to have him nearby.
As for the possibility of Neymar joining Arsenal, I don’t think that this is impossible.”
Arsenal’s Need for Firepower
