Super Eagles star Ademola Lookman was voted the club’s Player of the Year by Atalanta in recognition of his exceptional play throughout the 2023–2024 campaign.
The news was formally confirmed by the Europa League champions on social media, as Lookman was celebrated for his incredible performances and impact on the team’s successful season.

Super Eagles attacker Ademola Lookman’s incredible season
Lookman enjoyed an incredible season with Atalanta, helping the Italian team win their first-ever European title in Dublin.
The Nigerian international had one of the best performancs in the history of the UEFA Europa League final, scoring an incredible hat-trick to defeat Bayer Leverkusen under Xabi Alonso and give Gian Piero Gasperini’s club the prized silverware.
The Super Eagles attacker scored a total of 17 goals and contributed nine assists, also helping his club to a top-four Serie A finish and a spot in the elite UEFA Champions League.
In his two seasons with the team, the Nigerian international has scored 32 goals in 77 games, solidifying his place as a pivotal player in the club.
