Michael Owen, the former England striker, has named Manchester City as the only club that could possibly sign Cole Palmer from Chelsea Sportsbuddy.ng reports.
Palmer, aged 22, had a brilliant first season at Stamford Bridge where he netted 22 goals and made 11 assists in 33 Premier League games.

Michael Owen thinks that palmer will remain at Chelsea. For me, it is just depends on whether there is a huge gap between the two clubs and whether you have a better opportunity to win the league or the Champions League in another club.
Everyone feels that he or she needs to improve his or her standard in life. Owen was quick to note that one of the reasons why Palmer had to leave Manchester City was that he was not getting any playing time.
If Man City came back in for him and wanted to spend £100m, then that is a different kettle of fish entirely though! For now though, he will probably remain at his current club.
