Super Eagles and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has been urged to join Premier League giants Arsenal, following uncertainties surrounding his future with Napoli.
Osimhen’s next destination has been one of the most talked-about topics in recent times, with his previous reports linking him with moves to Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Arsenal.
Victor Osimhen’s transfer dilemma

Sports Buddy recently reported that transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that Victor Osimhen said ‘yes’ to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the transfer talks between PSG and Napoli have stalled due to disagreements over the terms of the deal.
According to sources, the impasse in negotiations is due to Napoli’s demand on the inclusion of South Korean midfielder Lee Kang-in in the transfer package and PSG’s unwillingness to fulfill Osimhen’s release clause.
Osimhen urged to join Arsenal

Reflecting on the situation, former Super Eagles defender Sam Elijah has advised Osimhen to seek new opportunities elsewhere, suggesting Arsenal as a good environment for the Napoli striker to thrive.
“Presently, nothing has been finalized but in football, anything can still happen. I think Osimhen should move ahead from Napoli because of the previous challenges he has with the club,” Elijah said.
“I think it is time for him to move forward. I would prefer him to move to Arsenal. it will be so comfortable for him there – the environment, the players, the fans, and most especially the coach.
“Arteta is a patient man who knows how to tailor his side to victory. For me, he should move to Arsenal to continue his career there,” he added.
This is not the first time an ex-player has proposed the Arsenal-Osimhen union.
Sports Buddy previously reported that former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit urged the Gunners to sign Victor Osimhen as the North London club looked to solve their attacking issues. Petit is of the opinion that the 25-year-old attacker is a perfect fit for the North London club, as he would guarantee 30 goals in a season.
