The Victor Osimhen transfer saga may soon reach it’s resolution, as Napoli are reportedly considering a lucrative offer from Al-Ahli in the Saudi Professional League.
With the imminent arrival of Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea, the Partenopei are eager to offload Osimhen and are willing to negotiate a fee significantly lower than his €130 million release clause.
Victor Osimhen has attracted interests from top clubs in Europe, including Chelsea, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain; however, his hefty release clause deterred potential suitors.

But a recent update from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on X states that Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli are close to reaching an agreement with Napoli to acquire the Nigerian striker. for a reported fee of €65 million in excess.
According to the report, Al-Ahli has offered Napoli a package in excess of €65 million for Victor Osimhen, and the two clubs are nearing an agreement.
Also, Osimhen is thought to be open to the deal, which is a change from his initial stance.

However, he has not yet agreed to the terms, as he is demanding a substantial pay increase, a permanent transfer, and a release clause in the contract.
Meanwhile, Napoli have made efforts to bolster their squad.
In addition to signing Lukaku, the Italian giants have agreed to a deal with Manchester United to sign midfielder Scott McTominay for a fee of around €30 million.
