A supercomputer has forecast another disappointing season for Manchester United in the Premier League.
Following their worst-ever finish in 8th place last season, the Red Devils are predicted to end up in the same position again this year.
Despite an influx of high-profile signings, including Leny Yoro, Manuel Ugarte, Joshua Zirkzee, Matthijs de Ligt, and Noussair Mazraoui, the team’s early-season form has been less than stellar, with only one win from three matches.
Supercomputer Predicts Eighth Place Finish
The prediction comes after United’s recent 3-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool, a result that has left fans questioning Erik ten Hag’s future as manager.
In a previous report from Sportsbuddy, the Premier League Supercomputer predicted that Arsenal will occupy the second position for the third year in a row, like it predicted in 2023/2024.
The supercomputer at Best Plinko Casino expects United to finish behind West Ham on goal difference, with a record of 16 wins, ten draws, and 12 losses.
This forecast has only added to the concerns surrounding the club’s ability to compete at the top level this season.
Title Race and Relegation Battle
Manchester City is heavily favored to clinch their fifth consecutive Premier League title, with Arsenal once again predicted to finish as runners-up.
Liverpool and Chelsea are also expected to secure top-four finishes. At the other end of the table, Ipswich Town, Southampton, and Nottingham Forest are tipped for relegation, despite Forest’s unbeaten start to the season.
As the season progresses, all eyes will be on whether these predictions hold true, particularly for the underperforming Red Devils.
