Eintracht Frankfurt has been struck by tragedy following the death of their U19 coach, Helge Rasche, who passed away in a car accident on Thursday at the age of 33.
Rasche’s car veered off the road and collided with a tree, with police confirming that no other passengers were involved. Sadly, Rasche died at the scene.

The Bundesliga club shared the heartbreaking news on their social media, expressing their devastation. “Eintracht Frankfurt is devastated by the loss of U19 head coach Helge Rasche. Our thoughts are with his family and friends,” read their statement.

Club Suspends Youth Activities

In light of the tragedy, Eintracht Frankfurt has canceled all youth training sessions and matches this weekend, including the U21 clash against FC Gießen.
Rasche, who had been with the club since 2020, held various roles within the youth teams, leaving a lasting impact on the players and staff.
