According to reports, former captain of the Gunners, Cesc Fabregas is at risk of being ejected from his home in a row over unpaid rent.
The ex-Spanish midfielder, who is now the manager of newly promoted Serie A side Como, recently moved into a luxury apartment with his family in the Swiss town of Bissone.
Situated close to Lugano, it is merely fifteen kilometers away from his current club city on the Italian side.

However, earlier this month, the owners of the home are said to have filed an eviction notice with the courts.
Fabregas is said to owe 34,000 Swiss francs—£30,500—in unpaid rent and other charges.
His landlord said to Italia media via The Sun,
“We tried to contact Fabregas’ lawyers, but without success.”
Should the former midfield player fail to make the payment within a week, the court may now order the police to evict him and his family
Fabregas’ lawyer Roy Bay insisted,
“All the rent payments until now have been made in full.
“Some were not made on time, as there were numerous faults and problems with the building.”
Fabregas played for Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, Monaco, and Como, during an illustrious career where he won prestigious trophies, including the English Premier League, FA Cup, and the Spanish La Liga.

The Spaniard also featured in the dominant La Roja team that won the 2010 World Cup. and the 2008 and 2012 Euros.
