La Liga : Super Eagles star wins club’s Player of month
Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke has been named Sevilla Player of the month of September following his run of impressive performances during the month.
The 26-year-old continued impressive start to the season during the month, scoring one goal, which came in the form of a late winner against Real Valladolid in their penultimate game of September.
He featured in all of Sevilla’s five games during the month, which produced two wins, two defeats and one draw.

The winger was presented the award after Sevilla’s 1-0 win over Real Betis on Sunday, where he delivered another top class performance.
Ejuke has not played for the Super Eagles since 2022 and having secured a move to a prominent league in the summer, and making the best of his time at Sevilla, inviting him became inevitable.
He has completed more dribbles than anyone in the La this season, a strength to his game that makes him almost unplayable. Interim boss of the Super Eagles Austin Eguavoen must be delighted in anticipation of what the former Royal Antwerp man will bring to his team.
