Interim coach Augustine Eguavoen has spoken on possibilities of starting Friday’s hero, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru for the second leg of Nigeria’s AFCON qualifiers in Libya.
Dele-Bashiru came off the bench to score an 86th-minute goal after replacing Alex Iwobi in the second half, as Nigeria emerged 1-0 winners over the Mediterranean Knights on Friday in Uyo.

Asked if Dele-Bashiru’s heroics are enough to earn him a place in Tuesday’s starting lineup, Eguavoen insisted that all thwenty players are good enough to start against the North Africans.
“I don’t know if he is going to start the return leg.
“First we have to see how they react to the physio, medical team today,” Eguavoen said in his post-match press conference, as quoted by Daily Post.
“Everybody in that team, the twenty-three [players] are capable of starting,” he added.
