Victor Osimhen appears to have regained full fitness after he was captured training in his club, Galatasaray.
The Nigerian striker missed out on international duties after he suffered a muscle injury during the Cimbom Asian’s 3-3 draw against Kasimpasa a couple of weeks ago.
Osimhen opened his goal-scoring account for the club with a brace, but exited prematurely due to injury, subsequently missing two games, including a 2-2 draw with RFS in the Europa League and a 1-0 home league victory against Alanyaspor.

Victor Osimhen resumes training
Galatasaray has now provided an update on the striker’s fitness, stating he has started training, however, separately from the team.
The club shared photos of the 25-year-old striker during his training exercise on their official account on X, with a caption, that read,
”Victor Osimhen worked separately from the team within the scope of a special program prepared for him.”

With Osimhen regaining fitness, he is likely to feature for Galatasaray in their next game, where they make the trip to Antalyaspor for their game-week nine league encounter.
The striker will now hope to pick up from where he started from, as he aims to add as many more goals to his tally.
