Paul Pogba has opened up on the challenges he faced following his initial four-year ban from football activities after testing positive for a doping substance.
Pogba shares experience during difficult times

The ex-Manchester United star reflected on his experience during this difficult time, revealing that he was abandoned by people who were once close to him.
“I’m telling you, when that ban happened, I truly realised what life is,” the midfielder said in during an interview in quotes by EuroFoot on X.
“Paul Pogba – the famous guy – is no more. People were avoiding me.
”I used to get invited to fashion weeks and events like that. Now they were like: ‘we can’t use Pogba.’ My friends weren’t ringing like they used to,” he added.

The 31-year-old midfielder maintains his innocence, claiming he was unaware of ingesting a banned substance.
Pogba’s appeal was granted by the Court of Appeal for Sports (CAS), and he is expected to return to football action after his suspension expires in January.
But his next club is undecided, as reports claim that Juventus are in talks with the the 2018 World Cup winner to terminate his contract with the club.
