According to reports, Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke will spend the next three months on the sidelines due to injury after being stretchered off during Sevilla’s 5-1 loss to Barcelona last weekend.
Ejuke’s strong debut season with the one-time league champions, highlighted by his league-leading successful dribbles in Europe’s top five leagues, has been marred by a potential lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The Super Eagles star was replaced late in the first half by Albert Sambi Lokonga.

Manager Garcia Pimienta confirmed after the game that the 26-year-old attacker had suffered a hamstring injury
“Ejuke is injured, he has felt a twinge in his hamstring, and we will see how long it lasts,” has told the club’s official website.
Super Eagles star Ejuke ruled out for at least 3 months
A recent update from Elchiringuitotv on X (formerly Twitter) has now claimed that the Super Eagles star is expected to be out for at least three months.
”Chidera Ejuke will be out for at least 3 months.
”The Nigerian suffers a high-grade hamstring injury,” the post read.
This comes as a huge blow for the Nigerian winger, who was beginning to gear up into great form with his new club following his free transfer from Royal Antwerp, recently scoring a late winner to hand Sevilla a 2-1 victory over Valladolid a few weeks back.
