Al-Ittihad striker Karim Benzema has voiced strong support for his former Real Madrid teammate Vinicius Jr., asserting that the Brazilian deserved to claim the 2024 Ballon d’Or, Forbes reported.
Despite Vinicius finishing as runner-up to Manchester City midfielder Rodri, Benzema believes the young forward’s performance over the year was worthy of football’s top individual accolade.
