Despite the favorable results, Virgil van Dijk kept a level-headed perspective on the standings.
“It’s too early to even make it important. We want to be on top of the league but we want to be there after the last match in May,” he said via Sportskeeda.
Looking ahead, Liverpool will aim to continue their strong form when they face Aston Villa at home on November 9, before the upcoming international break.
