Nigerian celebrity Anita Natacha Akide, popularly referred to as Tacha, was added to the long list of Nigerian celebrities who now own football clubs.

Lagos Liga announced on Saturday that this was a new milestone in the celebrity’s development as she bought her own team, Tacha FC.

The Lagos Liga, in partnership with the Lagos State Sports Commission, provides a great platform for 7-aside football for non-professional players and ex-professionals.

Its purpose is to create a sense of community amongst football enthusiasts and encourage participation in the sport.

In addition, fans can become involved in skills challenges to make the league experience more inclusive. The league is offering exciting rewards, with the winning team getting N50 million.
