French President Emmanuel Macron gave President Bola Ahmed Tinubu a Kylian Mbappe-labelled jersey during his visit to France.
In the recently concluded meeting, Macron gave a number 10 jersey symbolizing Kylian Mbappé as a gift to the President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu. The gesture was indicative of close ties between the two countries, including a love for football.

In a video posted online, the 46-year-old President proudly offered Tinubu the jersey, saying,
“Number 10 like [Kylian] Mbappé. And this is number 10,” Macron said as he smiled.

Nigeria’s love for Mbappé’s skills is further demonstrated by this gesture, as the number 10 jersey is widely considered to be among the most coveted in football, signifying skill and leadership.
Meanwhile, Mbappé has failed to shine at Real Madrid and has fallen far from the standards he reached at PSG. He would want that to change sooner rather than later.
