Chelsea are undergoing a dramatic squad overhaul ahead of the new Premier League season. The Club World Cup champions have reportedly placed nearly half of their current squad on the transfer list as they aim to trim down and restructure under new manager Enzo Maresca.

The Blues have already spent over €234 million on seven new signings this summer, with further interest in Jorrel Hato, Xavi Simons, and Alejandro Garnacho. Xavi Simons, currently with RB Leipzig, has intensified his push for a move by skipping a recent training session.

Big Names and Big Fees on the Way Out

Among the surprise names up for sale are defenders Axel Disasi and Benoît Badiashile, who were signed for €45 million each but are now reportedly valued at just half that price.

Portuguese international Renato Veiga has returned from Juventus and is being offered to clubs like Atlético Madrid and Bayern Munich for €40 million.

Several young talents such as Carney Chukwuemeka, Lesley Ugochukwu, Harvey Vale, Charlie Webster, Omari Hutchinson, Lewis Hall, and Cesare Casadei may also depart, having struggled for first-team minute.

Nkunku, Sterling, Broja Among Senior Players Facing Exit

Christopher Nkunku, signed for €60 million from RB Leipzig, is attracting interest from Bayern Munich and Inter Milan. Raheem Sterling is reportedly being monitored by Napoli, while Armando Broja and David Fofana are also seen as surplus to requirements.

Nicolas Jackson, once a key striker, has seen his position threatened following the arrivals of João Pedro and Angelo Gabriel.

Marc Guiu, who recently joined from Barcelona, is likely to continue his development with newly promoted Sunderland, while the fate of several other academy players remains uncertain.
