Jude Bellingham was seen celebrating his goal by making gestures that appeared suggestive, facing the Slovakia bench.

A video posted on X captured the Real Madrid star wit his hands between his thighs, as he moved it back and forth.

However, the 21-year-old midfielder has come out to clarify the reason behind his celebration.

“An inside joke gesture towards some close friends who were at the game,” Bellingham said. Nothing but respect for how that Slovakia team played tonight,” he added.

Despite Bellingham’s justification, the Portuguese newspaper A Bola has disclosed that UEFA may penalize Bellingham with a one-match suspension.
