According to reports, Arsenal and Manchester have on their radars Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala.
The 21-year-old German midfielder has been attracting interest from some of the top teams in Europe, having been identified as one of the most highly-rated young prospects in world football.
With less than two years remaining on his contract, Bayern Munich are preparing to begin negotiations over a new deal for the midfield player.
The German powerhouses are under intense pressure to avoid having the player enter the last year of his contract, which could force them to sell him in the summer.
However, there are speculations that Bayern Munich may consider selling him in a bid to use the proceeds from his sale to fund a move for Florian Wirtz’s in 2025.
Arsenal, Manchester City’s interests in Musiala

Arsenal are rumored to be among the clubs eager to bring the Nigerian-born German international, who once played in Chelsea’s academy, back to England.
With the Blues also eligible for a percentage of the sale profit from Musiala, Mikel Arteta is willing to spend a lot of money on one of the team’s main targets.
However, Manchester City, the reigning Premier League champions, will likely put up a fierce fight to secure him.
Florian Wichert, t-online’s Deputy Editor-in-chief , claims that City are also interested in signing the Bayern Munich midfield player.
It has been claimed that Bayern Munich may want to offload Musiala in 2025 if negotiations for a new contract with his agents fail to progress.
Wirtz is coveted by the German giants as well, and Bayer Leverkusen are unlikely to let him go unless they receive an enormous offer.
According to Wichert, Bayern Munich would be able to afford a bid for the Leverkusen player if they sell Musiala in the summer of 2025 for a transfer fee of at least €100 million.
