“No, I am just living life. I don’t know if I am preparing for life after football, I am just living my life. So, people can say what they want,” the 28-year-old stated.

Music as a Form of Relaxation

Iwobi, who has released tracks like “Don’t Shoot” and “What’s Luv?”, revealed that music is his way of unwinding from the pressures of professional football.

Speaking to BBC Sports, he explained, “Creating music doesn’t take anything away from my football. It helps me switch off. I will always work hard and try to improve in my sport, but this is a good use of my spare time.”
