Super Falcons head coach Justin Madugu has been nominated for the 2025 Women’s Team Coach of the Year at the prestigious Ballon d’Or awards, organized by France Football magazine.
Madugu’s nomination celebrates his remarkable leadership in guiding Nigeria’s women’s national team to their 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title in Morocco.
This also places him among global football’s elite, with the ceremony set for September 22, 2025, in Paris.
