Alongside his brother Eder Valencia, Antonio manages the club based in Quito, with the team donning red, a tribute to his childhood club Club Deportivo El Nacional and Manchester United.
The idea of founding his own club stemmed from conversations with his late Ecuadorian teammate, Christian Benitez.
