A New Talent Joins the Ranks
As for Landon Emenalo, unlike his father who was a left back, he is a creative midfielder.
Introducing him, Chelsea stated that Landon is “a composed, creative and knowledgeable midfielder who joined the club as an Under-8, moved to Monaco and then back to Cobham as an Under-13. ”

They pointed to his ability to perform well under pressure and in the high-pressure situations, noting he had been called for both England and USA international development squads.
Emenalo has been with the Blues since returning to London as an Under-13.
Emphasis on Youth Development

According to reports from Sportsbuddy.ng Chelsea also signed young talented Nigerian defender Olutayo Subuloye and eight other youth talents.
The primary focus of this club has always been to develop young talent, which has been a very profitable venture for the club in terms of profits as well as achievements.
This strategy remains beneficial to this day, as evidenced by their most recent sales.
When more young talents are purchased by Chelsea, the future seems very bright for the club and the new generation of players.
