Victor Osimhen gets strong warning from Nigerian prophet Primate Elijah Ayodele who leads INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church saying the footballer should not sign for Chelsea.
Ayodele however feels that such a move could be damaging to the Nigerian striker’s career.

Victor Osimhen Transfer Saga Continues
While it has been one of the most-discussed transfers this summer, Victor Osimhen has not yet indicated where he will be playing next season, with only two weeks remaining before the transfer window is closed.
The African Footballer of Year has been previously sought after by Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea Football Club.
However, both clubs are said to be reluctant to cough for Napoli’s alleged €130 million asking price for the 25-year-old, who is still under contract until 2024.
Current perceived information indicates that there are likely to be more negotiations between Chelsea and Napoli in the near future.

Giovanni Manna, the sporting director of Napoli is already in London to finalize the transfer of Osimhen and reportedly they are also looking for a swap deal with the Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
Former Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte is keen to resolve this as soon as possible, but no clear consensus has been made yet.
Primate Ayodele’s Concerns

Speaking about the possible transfer to Chelsea in the video posted on X, Primate Ayodele revealed that the transfer could be unbeneficial for Osimhen.
He even had to recommend that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) should change its mind on calling up Osimhen to the national team if the deal with Chelsea sees light of the day.

The first is a word of caution to Osimhen: ‘Let me quickly tell you that you should not move to Chelsea at all because if you do, you will not excel and it will be the end of your career.’
In other words, if NFF sees Osimhen go to Chelsea, don’t call him, and also calling Osimhen to the Super Eagles has to be reviewed properly.
The Prophet won’t be the first to warn Victor Osimhen ahead of a move to Chelsea, with Former Newcastle United goalkeeper Shaka Hislop agreeing to the idea as reported previously by Sportsbuddy.
Since signing for Napoli from Lille in August 2020, Osimhen has been one of Napoli’s standout players, netting 76 goals and 18 assists in 133 outings across all competitions.
His superb form makes him one of the best strikers in Europe, but the question marks over his future are still being raised.
