With the start of the new English Premier League fast approaching, Enzo Maresca Chelsea’s manager has come out in the open stating that it is not his duty to speak about Chelsea having too many players in their roster.

With 47 players on their roster just days to their League match against Manchester city, Chelsea now has the task of letting go of those who are not useful to the team.

However, under club owner Todd Boehly, the club has spent heavily, but the problem is establishing that spending on the pitch, having placed 12th and 6th in the last two Premier League seasons respectively.
