TERMINATE HIS CONTRACT! Fans beg club to fire ‘Liverpool DM’ following horrible performance as Red Devils get hammered at Old Trafford

Casemiro was labelled Liverpool DM

Manchester United fans have begged the club to terminate Casemiro’s contract following his horrible performance during the Red Devils’ humiliating defeat to Liverpool on Sunday, according to reports from The Sun.

Casemiro was the culprit for Liverpool’s first two goals, having given the ball away on the two occasions, leading to a Luis Diaz first-half brace.

The Brazilian midfielder misplaced a pass, allowing Ryan Gravenberch the ball pass to Mohamed Salah, who delivered a beautiful cross that was headed in by Díaz.

Seven minutes later, Casemiro was dispossessed again, resulting in another goal from another Salah-Diaz combination.

These costly mistakes infuriated United fans, who claimed the former Real Madrid midfielder was assisting Liverpool rather than providing a solution for Manchester United’s midfield.

One wrote on X, ”This guy is literally a Liverpool DM”

Another complained, “Two Casemiro mistakes, two Diaz goals.”

A third one insisted, “Casemiro this performance it’s so over.”

While a fourth angrily wrote, “CASEMIRO GET LOST. TERMINATE HIS CONTRACT NOW.”

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag replaced Casemiro with 20-year-old Englishman Toby Collyer at halftime.

However, this move created even bigger holes in United’s midfield, allowing Mo Salah to score Liverpool’s third goal, extending his streak of scoring at Old Trafford to seven consecutive games.

In recent times, Casemiro has been criticised for his underwhelming performances for United, prompting the club to acquire Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain.

Ugarte, who has just been assigned his shirt number, is expected to provide a solution to United’s midfield frailties.
