Arjen Robben has been surpassed on goals scored for Real Madrid by Daniel Carvajal, who leveled matters at 1-1 for Real Madrid in their La Liga meeting with Espanyol on Saturday night.
Daniel Carvajal scored his 14th goal in the colours of Real Madrid to draw them level five minutes after a Thibaut Courtois own goal gave the visitors a second-half lead in the Santiago Bernabéu.
Jude Bellingham won possession from an Espanyol player following a ferocious shot from Federico Valverde. The Englishman fired his cross across goal, which slipped from the hands of Joan Garcia to give Daniel Carvajal the easiest goal to score.
Further goals from Rodrygo Goes, Vinicius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé secured an impressive 4-1 comeback win for Carlo Ancelotti’s men as they continued their recovery from a slow start to the season.
