Jude Bellingham has been punished with a €30,000 (£25,000) and handed a suspended one-game ban by UEFA for his inappropriate gesture against Slovakia.
UEFA launched an investigation into Bellingham’s action during Sunday’s victory against Slovakia, where he pretended to grab his genitals during his goal celebration, as previously reported by Sports Buddy.

Bellingham claimed that it was an inside joke and his gesture was not directed at the Slovakians, in a tweet.

Despite Bellingham’s explanations, he was slammed with a €30,000 fine and a suspended one-game ban.
This verdict means he can play in England’s crucial Euro 2024 quarterfinal matchup against Switzerland on Saturday but is expected to observe his one-game suspension within the stipulated period.
