Wojciech Szczęsny has beaten off competition to become the new Barcelona goalkeeper after coming out of retirement and joining as a free agent.
Three legendary goalkeepers Wojciech Szczęsny, Keylor Navas and Claudio Bravo were at loggerheads to be accepted as the new Barcelona goalkeeper following the injury to Marc Andre Ter Stegen.

In his absence, Barcelona will need more than their backup goalkeeper Inaki Pena to stay competitive both in doemstic competitions and in Europe and Szczęsny has now been selected.
