Enzo Maresca has addressed the ongoing question regarding Chelsea’s starting goalkeeper.
After a demoralizing 2-0 loss to Manchester City in their first Premier League match, Chelsea will need to pick themselves up when they play Wolverhampton Wanderers in the upcoming weekend.

The discussion about who should be the Blues’ first-choice goalkeeper goes on, and Enzo Maresca has shared his opinion on the topic during the pre-match press conference.
Enzo Maresca Current Plan
When asked whether his plan is to play Filip Jorgensen in European competitions and Robert Sanchez in the Premier League, Maresca responded as revealed by Fabrizio Romano, “This is in this moment the plan, but the plan can change. I’ve said many times, I judge the players based on their level of performance.”

“So if the level continues to be the same, then probably Robert will be Premier League and Filip in the Conference League or the cup that we have. But in the end, it is just about performance.”
Jorgensen’s Battle for the No. 1 Spot
Chelsea have signed goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen from La Liga side Villarreal as revealed by Sportbuddy, the new signing will be looking forward to replacing the current Chelsea’s number one goalkeeper.
