The Nigeria international, who scored for the Super Eagles in their 1-0 win over Libya in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers as revealed by Sports Buddy, played the full match and was involved directly in Lazio’s second goal.

Twenty were reduced to ten men early on, but Lazio struggled to break down their defence. Barcelona’s former winger Pedro Gonzalez opened the scoring in the 35th minute before Dele-Bashiru laid on Gustav Isaksen’s 87th-minute winner.
