In a bout that commenced in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed start in Saudi Arabia, Joshua wasted no time once the fight began. Ngannou, known for his aggressive style in MMA, adopted a more measured approach in the early rounds, focusing on his jab.

In his post-fight interview, Anthony Joshua elaborated on their exchange, expressing his belief that Ngannou has the potential to succeed in the sport if he remains dedicated.
”He can come again. I told him he shouldn’t leave boxing. He can do well. Remember, he’s two fights in and he’s fought the best.
”He can go a long way if he stays dedicated, but it’s up to him.”, as per daily mail.
Additionally, Joshua expressed his desire to support Ngannou’s foundation in the future, indicating a willingness to contribute to the Cameroonian heavyweight’s philanthropic efforts.
