Additionally, chants directed at PSG’s star Kylian Mbappe and distasteful remarks aimed at Vinicius ahead of the upcoming El Clasico marred an otherwise fervent buildup to the crucial match.

Police intervene ahead of match: ensuring safe passage for teams amidst fan enthusiasm
Ahead of the match, police intervention became necessary to maintain order and ensure the safe passage of the buses into the stadium. Using batons, the police enforced boundaries, urging fans to stay back and clear the road for the buses. Meanwhile, around 2,600 PSG fans, including approximately 400 ultras, received a police escort up Montjuic hill to the stadium, ensuring their arrival two hours before kick-off.
