The boxing world is in mourning following the heartbreaking news of the passing of heavyweight boxer Ardi Ndembo.

Ndembo suffered a devastating knockout during his Team Combat League bout against Nestor Santana in Florida earlier this month, rendering him unconscious for several minutes. He was swiftly transported to a Miami hospital, where he was placed in an induced coma.

Despite the efforts of medical professionals, the 27-year-old father of two succumbed to his injuries.

In a statement issued by Viva Promotions, the promotion expressed their profound sorrow at the loss of Ardi Ndembo, describing him as a talented Congolese boxer. The tragic incident occurred during the Team Combat League match on April 5th.

“He remained in an induced coma until his untimely death.

“RIP Ardi Ndembo!” as reported by The Sun.
