Juventus have appointed former Bologna boss Thiago Motta as their new manager according to report from Fabrizo Romano.
The 41-year-old who played for Italy and Juve’s Serie A rivals Inter Milan as midfielder, has signed three year deal until June 2027. He replaces Massimiliano Allegri who was sacked two days after he won the Italian Cup.
Thiago Motta guided Bologna to Champions League last season by finishing fifth in table. He is looking forward to new challenge.

Thiago Motta then joined the backroom staff at Genoa. He got some experience before he became head coach at Spezia.
His good work at Bologna where he finished fifth and got the Champions League qualification caught eye of Juventus.
