Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface recently lamented about his horrible experience on his return to Lagos.
Currently spending enjoying his holiday break, the Bayer Leverkusen striker is one of the current Nigeria national team players to be back home.

Following his experience getting stopped in traffic in Lagos, the country’s commercial hub, forward Victor Boniface has vented his dissatisfaction.
The 23-year-old attacker took to his account on X (formerly Twitter) to express his frustration about the horrible experince of being stuck in Lagos traffic. “Come Lagos Come Lagos, Na since yesterday I dey traffic,” he posted.

Meanwhile, despite missing the 2023 AFCON due to injury, Boniface has been a force for Bayer Leverkusen this season.
Boniface was ruled out for four months after sustaining a groin injury while training with the Super Eagles in Dubai.
Despite this, the former FK Bodø/Glimt striker pulled an impressive figure, scoring 21 goals and providing 10 assists in 34 games.
He won the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal with Leverkusen as the German Champions went unbeaten in 51 games, breaking the record for the longest undefeated streak for a Uefa club.
