Former Chelsea player and Colombian national team winger Juan Cuadrado caused quite a stir on social media after posting a video of him preaching in church.
Playing the role of both a winger and a right-back, he has played for some of the top clubs in Europe such as Juventus, Inter Milan, and Chelsea, he has won many titles, including one Premier League and six Serie A championships.
Juan Cuadrado Spiritual Awakening
During his preaching, Cuadrado narrated how he opened his spiritual life through the use of the word of God, Philippians 4:19. His message was quite popular as he spoke of how his faith had influenced his life.

Sportsbuddy also reported how Emmanuel Dennis was immersed in a religious environment. He recalled, “I grew up in a very religious family… I used to see the Priests every week about three to four times weekly.” With a family deeply involved in church activities, Dennis initially envisioned himself following the path to priesthood.
Injury and Current Status
Cuadrado who is currently a free agent after being released by Inter Milan, he played only ten games last season due to an injury that needed surgery on his Achilles tendon.
The operation was done by surgeon Lasse Lempainen in Turku, Finland, at the end of December 2023. Cuadrado continues to be an influential figure for the team even after his unfortunate incident on the playing ground.
