According to reports, Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo is set to be bestowed with one of the highest honors that will define his legacy and place him alongside some of the most recognizable people on the planet.
Portugal are apparently planning to unveil a spectacular 7-Euro coin in honor of Cristiano Ronaldo, the nation’s biggest legend and top export.
Ronaldo is among the best athletes in history, and with 901 official goals, he holds the record for most goals scored in a career and is arguably the most prominent player in football.
The 39-year-old is largely responsible for Portugal’s ascent in the football community, having won almost everything for both club and country.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner recently achieved social media history by being the first individual to have one billion followers on several platforms.
Cristiano Ronaldo set to be carved into Portugal’s legal tender
Cristiano Ronaldo led his country to both the Nations League and the 2016 Euros trophy, and Football Capacity on X has revealed that Portugal will celebrate their cherished kid with a special coin commemorating “7” Euros.
The superstar will be shown on the unique coin, which will also have his recognizable “CR7” moniker.

Furthermore, after it is introduced, this coin will be accepted as legal tender in Portugal.
