The host took a 2-0 lead to the half-time break as goals from Ante Budimir and Bryan Zaragoza had them in dreamland. Pau Victor halved the deficit eight minutes after the restart as Barcelona pushed for a comeback.

Osasuna put the game out of Barcelona’s reach with five minutes of normal time left to play as substitution Abel Brentones unleashed a thunderbolt from distance, leaving Inaki Pena with no chance of making a save.
Lamine Yamal added one more consolation for Barcelona with a fine strike from outside of the box as it finished 4-2 to the host, with Barcelona suffering a defeat to Osasuna for the first time in more than 12 years.
