Congo overcame Tanzania with a 2-0 win at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.
Angola edged past Niger Republic 1-0, while Egypt triumphed over Mauritania by the same margin. Senegal also secured their spot with a narrow 1-0 victory against Malawi.
