Victor Osimhen’s transfer saga seems far from over as Italian club Napoli sets fresh conditions for Galatasaray to sign the Super Eagles forward on a permanent deal.
Talks between both clubs have dragged on for weeks even though they already agreed on a €75 million fee. The real problem has been how and when that amount will be paid.
Napoli’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis is not willing to accept any delays. He wants at least €45 million to €50 million paid immediately and insists that the remaining balance must not be pushed as far as June 30 2026.
This tough demand from Napoli has slowed down progress but Galatasaray seems unwilling to give up. Reports now say the Turkish giants are coming back with a new offer that will include solid bank guarantees. This is meant to calm Napoli’s fears and speed up the process.
Transfer insider Alfredo Pedullà shared that Galatasaray’s new proposal is expected to be on the table today. The offer is said to be carefully structured to satisfy Napoli’s demands without risking a collapse in talks again.
Victor Osimhen himself is said to still prefer a move to Galatasaray. That part of the deal has not changed even with the back and forth from both clubs. His interest in the move adds pressure on Napoli to wrap things up quickly.
